RistOhrante - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction and Purpose
1.1 This document contains the terms and conditions (hereinafter, “Conditions”) governing the Ristohrante Loyalty Program (hereinafter, “Program”) available on the website https://www.espressoh.shop (hereinafter, “Site”). The Program allows you to collect points through the purchase of products and obtain rewards based on the points accumulated, as well as receive early access to new products, discounts, and exclusive content.
1.2 The Program is also governed, for matters not expressly provided herein, by our Terms of Use and General Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Site, which form an integral part of these Conditions.
1.3 We invite you to read these Conditions carefully. For any request, doubt, or question, you may contact us by sending an email to help@espressoh.it.
1.4 By creating an account on the Site, you agree to be automatically enrolled in the Program and to accept these Conditions. If you do not agree with the Conditions, in whole or in part, please refrain from creating an account.
1.5 These Conditions may be amended at any time and without notice by the owner of the Site — B. Cosmetics S.r.l., with registered office at Strada Provinciale San Silvestro 13, Pescara 65129, registered with the Companies Register of Pescara, VAT No. 02212860684 (hereinafter, “Espressoh”). Updated versions will be published on the Site. Your continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the same. If you do not wish to accept the changes, please delete the account associated with the Program.
2. Operation of the Program
2.1 When you create an account and enroll in the Program, opting in to receive marketing communications by email, you automatically also receive Program marketing communications, updates regarding your profile (including level-up notifications), promotional codes, and information about your points balance.
2.2 By becoming a Program member, you earn points through online purchases on the Site, at our Milan Flagship Store, or at our pop-up stores. Purchases made on other online sites or at any physical retail location other than Espressoh are excluded from the Program. The points you accumulate determine your membership in one of three Levels. Each Level offers a range of rewards specified on the Site (hereinafter, “Rewards”). Please refer to the dedicated page for more information on Levels and Rewards.
2.3 The Program began on 3 April 2025 and will end on 2 April 2026. Starting 3 April 2026, all points will expire for everyone, regardless of when they joined the Program. Promotional codes and gifts may be redeemed for one month after the Program ends, until 2 May 2026 at 23:59 Italian time.
2.4 Espressoh reserves the right to modify and update the Rewards at any time. Rewards will be updated every 12 months starting from 3 April 2025. Rewards may change while you are still progressing through the Levels.
2.5 The Program is for personal use only. The points you earn from your purchases belong exclusively to you, are non-transferable, and may only be used as described on the Loyalty Program page.
3. Points – Approval and Allocation
3.1 You can earn points through online purchases on espressoh.com or at our pop-up stores (€1 equals 5 points), by creating an Account (20 points), following us on Instagram (10 points), and leaving an online review (25 points). Points are awarded only once per action.
3.2 Points will not be added to your Account if you have not logged into the Program-linked Account before making the purchase. However, our team can manually add them upon request.
3.3 Points are approved 14 days after the purchase. During this period, they remain “pending.” If you do not return your purchase, the points will be approved after 14 days. If you return your purchase within the 14-day return period, your pending points will not be approved and will appear as “cancelled.” Points earned in our pop-up stores may take longer than 14 days to appear in your account.
3.4 If you decide to return your order for a refund, any points marked as “pending” will be cancelled.
3.5 You will receive an email two weeks after your online order has been shipped, where you can submit your review. If you use your Ristohrante loyalty email, you will be awarded 25 points. Please note that points are awarded only once per product you purchased. If you leave a second review for a product you have already purchased, you will not receive another 25 points. If you submit a review for a product purchased directly on the site without using the designated email link, you will not receive the 25 points. We can assign points for reviews of purchases made at our Milan Flagship Store or at our pop-up stores.
3.6 For Gift Card purchases, points are awarded to the purchaser of the Gift Card, not to the person who uses it.
4. Birthday Discount Codes
4.1 If your birthday occurs while you are in Level 1, you will receive a 15% discount; if you are in Level 2, a 20% discount; and if you are in Level 3, a 30% discount. Discount codes will be sent to you on your birthday only if you have entered your date of birth in your account page. Birthdates cannot be modified.
4.2 You will receive the discount codes by email and may redeem them on espressoh.com, at our Milan Flagship Store, or at our pop-ups.
4.3 You must be logged into your loyalty account for the code to work. Only one code may be used at a time. If the 15%, 20%, or 30% discount brings your order total below the €49 free-shipping threshold, shipping charges will apply.
4.4 Birthday promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts, including Sets and/or other promotional codes. Each promotional code may be redeemed once per customer.
4.5 Discounts expire one month after the end of the Program. The Program ends on 2 April 2026, so you may redeem the discounts until 2 May 2026 at 23:59.
5. Complimentary Ristohrante T-Shirt and Sweater
5.1 The complimentary T-Shirt is available upon reaching Level 2, and the complimentary Sweater is available upon reaching Level 3. Each gift is available only to customers who belong to the corresponding loyalty level.
5.2 To receive these gifts, you must be logged into your loyalty account. You will be provided with a link to access your gifts, and once logged in through the link, you will see the gift page. After adding the gift to your cart together with at least one product you are purchasing (including sets), you may check out with your gift. At our Milan Flagship Store or pop-ups, the staff will look up your account upon request and verify which gift you are entitled to.
5.3 Only one gift may be redeemed per purchase. Each gift may be redeemed once per customer.
5.4 Gifts may be combined with discounts, including Sets and/or promotional codes.
5.5 The offer for these gifts expires one month after the end of the Program. The Program ends on 2 April 2026, so you may claim these gifts until 2 May 2026 at 23:59 Italian time.
6. Termination and Modification
6.1 If you no longer wish to participate in the Program, you may delete your Account at any time by writing to help@espressoh.it. Accumulated points will be lost once the operation is completed. You may continue to shop on the Site without having an account.
6.2 Espressoh reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict, or revoke the Program at any time at its discretion. In such case, you and all other participants will be notified, and loyalty points will be removed from all accounts.
6.3 Espressoh also reserves the right to close your Account if, at its sole discretion, it believes you have violated these Conditions by providing false information in order to benefit improperly from the Program.
8. Your Data
Your personal data and information provided by you will be processed by Espressoh in accordance with applicable data protection laws (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), as specified in the notice available in the section of the Site titled “Privacy Policy.”
